Jose and Oscar were fantastic! They worked non-stop for 8 and a half hours! They were so polite and considerate. Showed me the before and after photos. Cleaned up everything throughly with not a trace left behind. They answered any questions I had and were so knowledgeable. They both have warm, friendly personalities as well.

Your technician Kirk Dorsey was able to come by after a busy day but went to work quickly, found the problem and went to get a replacement part by going directly to a vendor. He then installed the part and added a surge protection device to prevent repeating the failure. Very pleased with his knowledge and work and would highly recommend him for any further service!

I think it is premature to give feedback on Brock until the new parts have arrived and been installed.Brock was friendly yet got right to work. He listened to our concerns without getting distracted. He was able to explain things in a way we could understand and used technology well to ensure we understood. We liked him and would be pleased to have him back when needed.
