Well, I actually havent set up an appointment yet, but I did speak for a long time with the guy. He was really friendly and very honest, which I appreciated. This was after I had an obnoxiously unhelpful, bordering on rude call with Orkin, who took over a week to return my request for a phone call so I could speak with someone who knew what I was talking about and then refused to come out to treat because they dont do consultations for the kind of bug Im having problems with. This guy, however, was very open about his methods, open about how my problem may not be treated long term because their a pretty persistent pests who like the damp and it keeps raining, and offered to come out and spray multiple times to kill them. I felt like he understood my problem very well, was familiar with the rare kind of bug I was talking about, and was very open about my treatment options and what steps I can take on my own. Im going to try some of his suggestions, and if they dont work out so well with the store-bought stuff, Im definitely going to give him a call. Id suggest him to anyone. Orkin is useless and Terminex told my mother we had bedbugs after 2 seconds of looking around our house. Its been almost 3 years since then, and nope, we still dont have any signs of bed bugs, so thanks for scaring the hell out of her. These big companies suck at customer service and their bug spray power is seriously lacking; go with the little guys--they know what theyre doing.

They were able to come the SAME day that I called and we super professional and friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. Great prices, great timing, great job!
