I’ve had a really sick 20 month old use are Useless I’ve been waiting both times for three hours to receive a phone call on the third hour saying you are not available in total 6 hours we waited, wouldn’t recommend at all
Have to give them a one star or i can't post. But it is a ZERO. Rang just before 12 noon and was told to ring at 12. Did so and made appointment . Guaranteed you would see a doctor in 90 minutes . Rang them back at 3.10, 3.40, 4.15 and 5pm to be told each time they would ring doctor and ring us back straight away. Then at 6pm they ring and cancel all bookings. We ask if we can make an appointment for early morning and they say no ring after 10am. I will never ring them again. Better off waiting at the hospital. ..
We rang based on a fridge magnet saying 45 minute wait. Waited 6 hours and rang to follow up only to be told it would be another 2 hours! Will use other home doctor next time.
