Rude and unprofessional practice, never has timeline response. Until settlement I didn't receive the final statement. They told me to ask my broker for final figure, the figure in the statement provided wasn't matched with Bank reimbursement.
They were helpful. My only complaint is their communication in weeks prior to the settlement. I would be calmer if I knew when they will get back to me and timeline of the process. I wasn't sure whether I need to find someone else, then a couple of days before the settlement things got on rails and set off.
