I am not happy with this company. They came to our place 3 times for the past 2 months and so far they failed to get rid of unwanted bugs. Timing is terrible as well, they make you wait 4 hours for the technician without providing any updates abt their arrival. I understand they may have multiple clients between these hours but an update would be great. Technician shows up at very last minute and swiftly carries out his task ineffectively and leave . Highly recommend this company I had a exterminator a few weeks ago he told me his name is Javier alaverga he’s full of energy he checked my apt thoroughly removed garbage behind my stove and even moped it for us ever since we haven’t had any problems highly recommend him
