My girlfriend was a client here for just over 2 years. Within the last year, things have gone downhill for her real fast. The staff at the front desk have been extremely rude to her, acted and treated her like she was stupid, and lied to her face not once, but twice about her appointment! She was told twice that she could talk to her therapist, and gave her appointments, only for her to show up both times, EARLY, for them to tell her that her therapist wasn't there and was leaving the practice. I never had any problems here.The only mistake they made was after I told them numerous times that I couldn’t stand to be around pregnant women (due to past trauma issues) they gave me a therapist who was pregnant but that was easily fixed by switching to a different therapist. Not a bad place at all.
