I received a bill and paid it due to the threat of collections. Never received a notice that the insurance had been billed. Called and got them to submit to insurance, which also paid the bill. 5 months later I am still waiting for my money to be refunded. They say yes, we see you have a credit, the refund needs to be approved. Beware.

DO NOT USE THESE SERVICES!!!!! We have had so many problems with billing, I’m convinced they’re just out to take your money. They will send you a bill, take your money without applying it to your account, and then re-bill you for the same services, making sure to tell you that your account is facing collections for late payments. Also, they won’t bill your insurance company and will send you a bill right away. Take your health care somewhere else.

This entity is the worst when it comes to demanding payment. They postmarked a statement 5.29.19 when it was already deducted from my account.... why would you send it, someone had to open the letter, and submitted it on my behalf to my bank? Then to top it off rudely stating my account is “seriously,” past due.... which is fine, but using the threatening tactics really say alot about your entity. As someone who can choose to be treated anywhere with my insurance, I will make sure to have all diagnostics done else where.

This place is EXTREMELY expensive. My doctor ordered a 24-hour Holter monitor EKG. They sent me to DTC to have it placed. When it was all said and done, I got TWO bills from DTC - one for Holter Monitor EKG "Record" and one for Holter Monitor EKG "Report". The "Record" was $352 and the "Report" was $560!!! Ridiculous!
