Michelle a Jamaican lady nurse from the 15 floor watch out for her she will make your life miserable won’t care about your situation will ignore your complaints and will not follow protocol if you need a rapid response team to help you with your pain ore emergency, i was taken to the OR because of her negligence and was very bad was in the icu for 3 weeks after that. My husband had brain surgery and they left him in “ recovery “ for over 12 hours cause they “ couldn’t find him an ICU bed” this is completely ridiculous ! What happened to patient care ?! Unbelievable
