Zero communication, no call backs, months of waiting. I recommend booking elsewhere such as Sturgeon Falls hospital.
Front desk staff are polite and doing their best. Sleep lab was understaffed by a single tech who spoke limited English. I arrived at the prescribed hour for a sleep session and waited three hours while he attended the other patients (The previous time that I went to a sleep study was in Toronto, and there were four techs on duty). The room itself was loud, with rattling ventilation. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. By the time the tech wired me up it was after 1am. I slept perhaps an hour and a half. Perhaps someone can explain why, a less than five minute follow up conversation can't be done via phone or video call?! Take time off work, loose a days pay, 60.00 in gas. Only to be told that there are no issues. Everyone at the clinic is pleasant, including Dr Kahn. However requiring "all" sleep test and follow up bookings to be in office only, is quite frankly a complete disregard of a patients time and money.
Dr.Feige is blatantly rude, lacks bedside manners and thinks he knows everything with typical physician arrogance refusing to listen to his patients- go elsewhere. Do not recommend.
