Just spent close to 2 hours trying to pay a bill they are now emailing rather than USPS contact. I can't get into the portal without "verification" through a cell phone number which they don't have, and who asks to verify who is paying the bill? So I try calling the "support" phone # they give with no person answering until my 3rd call. Why is paying a bill so difficult?
