I didn’t know I was claustrophobic until I started the MRI the nurses doctors staff members was helpful and understanding of my situation. Had no problem rescheduling my appointment my overall experience with this Radiological Clinic was great...
The service provided was excellent and the staff were very courteous. We didn’t had to wait in a long line though it was busy. I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely pleased with the staff’s professionalism at Diagnostic Radiology Imaging! They are very accommodating regarding scheduling and thorough when it comes to explaining the procedures. Excellent customer service! My GPS took me 4 miles past their facility. When I called to let them know what happened, they told me to come in for part of my tests and gave me another appointment to complete the rest. I was treated with the utmost of respect! The have the best staff ever.. I have been there quite a few times in the past few years and they are so welcoming and remember me asking them to call me Tammie Not Tamara and we giggle every time.. The whole staff practice with the up most respect for their patients!!�
