RecommendedI don't know of anyone with quicker service. I called on Monday at 330pm. My garage door would not open. I assumed they would check on it later this week. No rush. To my surprise, my door was fixed before 5pm--THE SAME DAY. I received a very affordable bill for this service too. Good folks--Great Service!
I would highly recommended these guys for any overhead door problems. Helped me trouble shoot over the phone and sent out a very polite and knowledgeable technician to reprogram logic board without a service charge. Would not think of using anyone else from now on.
I would highly recommend Diagnostic Overhead Door. I had to have my garage door replaced due to an accident. The insurance adjuster asked for an estimate. I called, Jerry answered and a technician was at my house to give me an estimate in 20 minutes. Jerry made sure my garage door was replaced before the winter weather. The new door is beautiful and the two men that installed it were great. Very nice and professional. I am very impressed with Diagnostic Overhead Door. This is a fabulous company!!!!
My son left a metal rake in the rails of the garage door. To make a long story short the rails ended up bent. This was the only company I found open on the weekend. I called and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Technician came by and was very knowledgable and courteous. I expected to pay a lot more than I did. Thanks
They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would recommend them anytime.
I call this guy at 7a.m. on a Sunday, may have even woken him up, and get this: HES POLITE. Said he'd be by within an hour and to my surprise: he was there within the hour! I am beyond impressed with their customer service, workmanship, cost and follow up responsiveness. He explained everything in the products and process. Can NOT compliment them enough.
Fantastic fast friendly service called about my trailer door they got there very quickly and fixed the door and now it works better than it did when I bought it!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We called about the garage door spring being broken and they had it up and running even better than before it broke by the end of the day. Not only do we have a working garage door again but we have one that is much quieter than before they worked on it. Jerry was excellent! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them for any and all of our garage door needs!

Great service! Great company! Within 90 minutes of my phone call, two technicians, Zac Barely and Dillon Luna, were at my house to fix the broken spring on the garage door. They took the time to explain the process and completed the job in a short time. They even strengthened an area that was damaged, lubed all moving parts and adjusted the opener. This was top notch in my book. I highly recommend this company and these two techs!
