Local staff is very very helpful. The overall organizational structure is terrible… Had to email the labs in to central office nit the local office…and the remote office never sent them over finally left after just under a half hour i left! … if you use this lab, be sure you take in printed orders. The modern conveniences of email apparently do not work.
Incompetent. Saw them in December and they never billed insurance. When I finally told them, they didn't understand how to bill BlueCard and have been utterly unhelpful.
Sat there an hour while the employees were in the back talking and laughing very loudly!! The waiting room kept filling up, and the employees continued to ignore everyone as they visited with one another. Everyone in the waiting room witnessed this and became upset!!! 😠 😤 WHY?? THE SCREEN KEPT CHANGING, AND I KEPT GETTING PUSHED FURTHER BACK!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. YOU JUST HAD YOUR LUNCH BREAK FROM 12:30-1:30, THERE IS NO REASON AS TO WHY I SAT FROM 1:30ISH TO 2:30 BEFORE BEING SEEN. THERE IS NO REASON ... read more
