I had such a great experience at DLO Lab. Getting blood drawn isn’t exactly something anyone looks forward to, but the staff made it so easy and comfortable. Gabe was the one who drew my blood, and he was absolutely amazing. He was funny, kind, and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. I needed my blood drawn but my vein wouldn't cooperate, but the lead phlebotomist swooped in to save me. I owe her a dinner. She has my number.
I've been here two times now and every time it has been phenomenal. The wait times are short when you have an appointment and the staff is absolutely so nice. Gabriel was so funny and so kind and I felt like he was a very genuine person. Mona was also so wonderful and helped process my payment. This place has provided the best service of any bloodwork place I have ever been to! 5 stars!
