Unfortunately, I had a poor experience. I called because my AC would sometimes cool abd sometimes not. David came in and diagnosed that the control board needed to be changed. However, the issue I called about persisted. He was adamant that the issue was electric and that the AC worked perfectly. I called an electrician who recommended some work, called FPL that did work on the lines...only to be dealing with the same issue.
