I came here for my 20 week anatomy scan. The tech I had at this time was amazing, she was teaching a student and it was great. Only reason this is 2 stars and not one. Baby girl wasn’t super cooperative so they scheduled me to come back 2 weeks later for another one. Last Monday I had the second one. With a different tech. Now. I made my way here, and about 10 minutes after checking in i was getting my scans done. Was a very quick and easy process for my first time ever! The imaging lady made the process friendly and quick, i was practically in and out!
Pam the receptionist was so sweet and so kind. Olga was the best ultrasound technician.
I have had both an ultrasound and gut motility test at this establishment and here is what I have experienced: Excellent in person care. Unfortunately the images led to more questions than answers and my ordering physician was requesting an MRI on two different organs. I was called the morning before my MRI (that took almost two months to set up) claiming there were issues with contacting my physician for further paperwork, and that they would be needing to cancel said appointment. Waited 2 months for a call back regarding a referral told it would be another 2 months before I could be seen. That is all after countless unanswered phone calls and emails. Wow, just wow. 4 months?
