We went to urgent care and found out my child fractured her arm and needs cast on. I found Merce San Juan has orthopedic and got told to talk with someone at Radiology office. But a lady who works at front desk of radiology was not nice and unhelpful. She told me they don’t take my child without primary doctor referral. We are new to this area and haven’t had a primary doctor yet. She gave me a number for referral department without better explanation.
