My Grandpa came to this location , therapist was nice job was done good and easy But Just when we made a phone call Customer service wasn’t the best service I think the one on the phone was name Ruth
Called several times…each time was told to call back because scheduler wasn’t available. Will try someplace else that can actually make an appointment with me….
They don’t have a professional appointment setter. They tell you call back at 7am but when you call at that time there is no one there and they just keep telling you to call back. If someone it out or in an emergency there should be someone else in place to take appointments. Very unprofessional considering this is a HOSPITAL
