I was double charged for a MRI at the saint joseph location and have reached out to the company several times for over a month and still have not received my refund
The ER called 3 times today for my test resultsand they couldn't get anything, I called once, and was told they would fax it to the ER. Never happened, what a waste of time. The ER had to go ahead and do their own tests. I had tests run because of doctor's orders, and was told to go to the ER. I'll find someplace else next time. Incompetent
They don't answer the phone.
