I was sent here for a CAT scan and was told that the results would be reached to my physician that day or the next which was a Thursday or Friday.... I was also told that this would be easily read by my physician and should have an answer by the weekend... Well, it took them 7 days before it reached my physician.... Which means I had to wait two entire weekends including a holiday weekend to get my results which I still do not have as of September the 5th. I was double charged for a MRI at the saint joseph location and have reached out to the company several times for over a month and still have not received my refund
The ER called 3 times today for my test resultsand they couldn't get anything, I called once, and was told they would fax it to the ER. Never happened, what a waste of time. The ER had to go ahead and do their own tests. I had tests run because of doctor's orders, and was told to go to the ER. I'll find someplace else next time. Incompetent
