I've never had a problem with either pre scheduled; or walk in appointments. I always get good front desk service and then great service with the diagnostic techs. They always try to make sure I'm comfortable. I've been there a lot over the past several years. And I like that they let me pay what I can afford; not tell me what I have to pay like almost every other hospital/pysicians office I have been to. Very nice professional staff. Love everything about this place.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment scheduled for a mammogram and ultrasound on Saturday. There was no ultrasonographer scheduled. Myself and several other patients had to be rescheduled. I overheard the receptionist and who I assumed the office manager talking saying to give those of us who had to reschedule a gas card which I was never offered.
