I arrived a little early (hurry up & wait, my motto) they got me right in, ultrasound completed at my appt time, so I was able to start my scans early. Everyone was so nice & explained all the tests in detail.
People rude. Tell me I had a 7a appointment then doors don’t open till 7a. Informed that appointment is 7:30. No apologies for not explaining that they want you here 30 minutes before. I learned I am cattle. They also scheduled a 11a opening 2 days before with my orthopedic then claimed they didn’t.
I have been going here for many years. The office staff is so friendly and helpful.
Good place nice people and the technician help me understand what's going on more then my doctor did
Well, I was going to come to DIC for my Mamo and CT scan, but my Daughter came there for 2 MRI's. They told her she had to pay $900 up front. She told them, and showed them, her yearly deductible was paid. Nevertheless they wanted the money. Even if her deductible wasn't paid, they would have gotten their money from her insurance co. She got her MRI's at N. Kansas City Hospital without any problems.
Check in time at 10 with appointment at 10:15. Wasn’t called to the desk until 10:20. Waited another 10 minuets to be called. I get running behind schedule but still didn’t appreciate going in at 10 as per their request to wait past my appointment time, even for 15 minuets.
The staff and technicians were very friendly and professional. I was greeted with smiles from everyone that I dealt with today. The mri was was conducted with the utmost professionalism and they answered any and all of my questions. Thanks to the staff at Diagnostic Imaging in Independence MO.
All the staff were very professional from the check-in desk to the lab techs. Everyone was genuine in their care for me.
I always had an excellent experience with all of them, from the front service staff up to the end. They are all professionals in dealing with all customers/patients
