Didn’t bill insurance and never received a physical bill. Only received a text message that looked like a scam with a hyperlink to pay a bill. Found out through their online portal that they didn’t bill insurance, but they have the option to add your insurance so the claim can be adjusted, but it is broken, forcing you to call in. Waited on hold for over an hour with no answer. As a company, do not recommend to partner with them for billing.
You will never get through to anyone in the states. You will be lucky if they will let you get a word in edgewise. I clearly don't understand the idea of being double insured. Today is May 2026 and I just received a statement with the service date of July 2025 that they refused to provide proof
They don't review your imaging. I'm a 46 female who has been an office lackey and very active. I've had fractures and arthritis but my MRI report was half a page and just said "normal." I also compared my previous spinal MRIs done by OTC docs in Colorado and they aren't even close. Lazy, "Cs get degrees" hacks with poor management. I requested a reread of the " normal" results and they refused.
My story is similar to all other reviewers, and I am seriously considering pursuing a lawsuit and contacting BBB due to this company's negligence, poor ethical business practices, and how its ruining people's lives. In August 2025 we started receiving letters, calls and text from debt collectors about a large debt from DIA. We had never been sent any bills, electronic or mailed, or received any form of communication from DIA. So we were completely unaware of any bills due.
