They don't review your imaging. I'm a 46 female who has been an office lackey and very active. I've had fractures and arthritis but my MRI report was half a page and just said "normal." I also compared my previous spinal MRIs done by OTC docs in Colorado and they aren't even close. Lazy, "Cs get degrees" hacks with poor management. I requested a reread of the " normal" results and they refused.
My story is similar to all other reviewers, and I am seriously considering pursuing a lawsuit and contacting BBB due to this company's negligence, poor ethical business practices, and how its ruining people's lives. Like many others, I was turned over to a collections company for a bill that I never received. No email, no phone call, no communication what so ever. They claim they sent me a bill in November of last year. I did not receive said bill. I'm guessing they send one bill, then send it to collections. I will never use Diagnostic Imaging Associates again. These people should read the reviews and do something about the incompetence in their billing department.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. I have a bill that was turned into collections without receiving a bill in the mail- went to look up the facility and found these review’s. Looks like this is a recurring issue that they need to address.
Change my review to four stars Kimberly really helped me out and got the problem solved immediately.
