The nicest staff.
I called to be transferred to medical records and when I asked the lady on the other line to repeat the number to the fax number because the phone line was cutting off and couldn’t hear her very well, she didn’t want to repeat it. She made me try to repeat the first few numbers and when I told her I couldn’t hear her and that’s why I had her repeat the number, in a very sarcastic way she told me, “let me repeat it to you,” and literally said every number very SLOW.
