Troy Welty is the therapist I saw here. First of all this is a Diagnostic and Counseling center for children 0-6 and older yet there are no children's books or toys in the waiting room. Then when I go into Troy's office there again are no toys or books for children. This man's office was littered with paperwork, personal effects all over his desk, table and the couch.
