Dr Harris always takes time to make sure all my questions are answered and even prompts me to remember some of the questions I was about to forget to ask. She's AWESOME!
My experience at this office is great! The receptionist, the nurses, and staff have become more like friends and family than health care providers. Dr. Mack is awesome! He listens and addresses all of my concerns. He is never rushed and he always makes sure we have a game plan for the future. No better place to be.
Dr Mack and his staff are absolutely amazing. They were very caring, professional and down to earth. They all made me feel very comfortable like I had known them for years. Dr. Mack explained everything that was goings-on before my surgery and he has been amazed with the aftercare with all my questions and concerns. I just went in for my 6th month checkup after having a double mastectomy and I highly recommend Dr. Mack and his staff.
I need to have surgery. My primary care doctor asked who I would like to be the surgeon. I immediately said Dr Ben Mack at Diagnostic Clinic. I have had past surgeries with him and will go nowhere else. Everyone there is excellent ! I could choose anyone else but why settle for less ?
I received such discourteous and unprofessional treatment from the nurse performing my follow up mammogram that after twenty plus years, I can confidently say that I may seek healthcare elsewhere.The problem began when I mistakenly thought the nurse called me to the back for the procedure, when instead she called the first and last name of another patient that has the same last name as mine.
