Filled out questionnaire on my phone earlier... was told to wait in my car for a text... had a 6:45 appointment... arrived at 6:30... at 6:50... went inside... was told that I should have come in earlier... paid and waited another 20 minutes.... unacceptable!!! Young lady at the front desk was rude and she and a young man sat and talked constantly while I paced... I finally said that I was going to leave... she said 10 minutes more... RecommendedI was taken on time. The technician explained everything very clearly. Tests were done very quickly. My doctor got the results today for the tests I had yesterday and she then called me with the results.
Very good care & kind. Nurse lovely.
Check in went well and my wait was not long at all. Taken back for my X-rays, just a couple of minutes and done. The only issue came the next day when the specialist who ordered the test was not sent the results. My primary physician got it instead. Because of that, it created a problem with that doctors office. I will be very adamant about where the results go the next time.
Very efficient group. My experience went very smoothly.
A Mammogram Diagnostic was performed with suspicious result. The professionalism and empathy received from Technologist Jennie Vélez was outstanding.
One person from start to finish clean mask very pleasant
Clean, courteous, polite, professional and appeared to be following CDC guide lines (everyone masked, social distancing and cleaning surfaces after each client/patient.
