I dread going to the Boynton Beach office. The front desk staff is impatient and rude. There are a lot of seniors that go to this center so you have to have patience. You have to figure that every patient going for a imaging test is scared of results...so you would think they would show some level of empathy or kindness. Nope...not at this center. Staff here seems annoyed with patients and doesn’t think twice about being rude. They forget we are people and if not for us, they wouldn’t have a job! Go elsewhere!
