RecommendedI was very impressed with Diagnostic Centers of America’s Boca Raton Location. It was extremely clean and everyone was very professional and friendly. I cannot thank Brian and Carmen enough for their kindness and professionalism. I was extremely nervous about my MRI and they were wonderful and got me through it. I have gotten other imaging done at DCA and it is consistently excellent.
your customer care sucks for I've been trying to make an appointment today 3 different associates Angel and Mickey mouse I have no idea who this person was I'll put me on hold and I never heard from her back what's wrong with you people don't blame it on covid Your 3rd world customer service
RecommendedDefinitely recommend Smart Choice MRi. This was my first visit. Sandy (front desk) and Vicki (MRI tech) were very nice and had me in and out in about 1 hour. This is a huge saving to me. This was about 70% cheaper than having it done at a local hospital and because my insurance has a contact with them I had no out of pocket charges. You owe it to yourself give them a try.
