RecommendedI had a cat scan at the DCA at Delray Bch. 15340 Jog Rd. . I had no problems, every body was very polite. My appointments was for 12:30, it was on 8/10/2020. I was called on time. I had problems registering on the phone, so I called DCA, the girl was very nice she helped me with registration. They were all very polite . I always have my test done at this center . The Lord Bless them. �
RecommendedMy chest scan was an excellent experience with the technician I was with! I have to have another one done in January hope it is with the same technician! I always have a good experience at DCA!

RecommendedWell organized. Filled required documents on line before appointment, Plenty of parking, efficient reception, little waiting, personalized service, clean facilities, competent technicians at MRI. Seamless.
Scheduling is a nightmare. Simple three view foot X-ray. Put on hold four times! Literally with no warning, just back on hold. Took 40 minutes! And, scheduler had copy of script! Finally told guy NOT to put me on hold again. Ridiculous.
I was never sent number to call so had to go in and they checked me in I went back to the car and was called before I closed the door. They could have said that it was going to be in less than a minute . The worst part was the tech never told me her name , was inpatient, kept saying I was moving my shoulder , I explained I wasn’t moving it, I have hyper kyphosis and unless you hold it in that position it will move . Told me to tell her if she was on my clavicle with the mammo , I did she didn’t change anything and I am bruis... read more
RecommendedWhat a great experience having a mammogram in the Delray Beach office. They called me inside after checking in on my phone and I was taken in almost immediately. The woman that gave me the mammogram was awesome. Sweet, funny, calming and thorough. It made a very uncomfortable procedure so easy and comfortable.
