For two weeks I’ve been trying to get a bill with a correct place of service code. I’ve been passed around to several people being told they would look into it. It should NOT take this long. I highly recommend you do this all in person and double check all the paper work as they do not care.
If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would.... some huge -ve number. This "business" is the most incompetent and excessive focus on money that I have seen here in the US. Despite the attempt of 2 technicians & 6/7 attempts, they were unable to put an IV catherter to put in the Dye. They made me sign at least 3 or 4 times on paper and iPad (same verbiage) that I claim financial responsibility if insurance did not cover it.
