This group is the worst, I'm caring for my 90-year old father with a low platelet count. First a nurse tries to bully me into an expensive treatment. Then, when I try to call back to discuss options, I leave two phone and two online message - nothing. Every time I call, I'm put on hold, told by the receptionist they don't connect callers to doctors, only to triage and then put on hold again. I've been using this center for my cancer treatment for the past 6 months and words can't express my appreciation for their services. My doctor treats me with care, respect, and patience. She really knows her field and prescribed the right procedures and medicines at the right time. Nurses and staffs are friendly and empathetic. They strive to do the best for their patients. I am just grateful we have this center in East Bay!!

Forget about getting a timely callback from their billing department. I've left 3 messages (over 5 day period) and no return call. You'd think they'd want to be on top of that. Very frustrating. May have to look into other providers if they can't manage customer service.
