Cash or debit card excepted. Sure I'm here to pick up my car, let me go to the bank and get a shopping bag full of cash to pay for it. Or use a debit card, which has general drawbacks as far as fraud . Last minute hustlers
I took my car in for tires and oil change, that turned into a two day ordeal, because when i got there to pick my car up it was not ready . I ended up having to leave my car over night., it wasn't until I got home when I realized that my $2500 mortgage payment envelope had been left in my center console when I got there today of course my money is gone, but I can't prove they took it even though I know I left it in the car. SO EXPENSIVE!!! And the wait was WAY longer than expected. Now that my warranty is done, Im never going here again.

I found the customer service and work on my car to be excellent, especially compared to other Subaru dealership service centers. They are efficient getting people signed in. They have several customer service agents working simultaneously, but I was assigned a specific one that I always worked with, which I found to be very helpful for communication, and it made the experience feel more personalized.
