I have a 2020 Outback and have been to this service center for years. Eric Holmstedt has been the main person I have done business with and he has been absolutely phenomenal. I had to take my car in a few times after 100k miles and needed big servicing done to my car. Eric explained everything thoroughly and went to bat for me when the Subaru advocacy program came calling about my transmission leak.
