What a great place to train! I've dropped in spontaneously and Coach Andrew did a fantastic job setting everything up and taught the class what to do! I had an awesome time! Loved it! If i'll ever be around, I know where to go!

I did a 5:30am drop in to Diablo CrossFit on a business trip to San Jose (silicon Valley). Great box and great coaches, and their programming that day was professionally executed! Much to my surprise, I ended up getting a 1RM on power cleans, and I wasn’t even consciously aware of it until I totaled my weights (I was adding only five or 10 pounds at a time). I Will definitely drop in again next time I am in San Jose!
