Staff incredibly kind, and patient. Even fun! Shine on, friend!
My first visit the ladies doing my blood were extremely rude and complaining. Huffing and puffing and telling me “ you’re just going to have to wait!” To note.. I didn’t even say a word to this lady. I was waiting quietly. She stuck me so hard with the needle I bruised all the way up my arm. I have good veins and I even jerked and told her she was aggressive.
