The office staff is about as helpful as a heater at the beach in July..I called the clinic to ask to speak to a nurse to see if I need to get a referral to see them. The lady I spoke with asked if I was a patient and I said no. She said you have to have a referral to be seen. She then told me all the nurses were in clinic and did not offer for me to leave a message. I work in the medical field and knew I needed a referral.
