First I would like to say that 5 stars is not enough for this wonderful office. A Dr.s office is one place that most people feel anxious in, but I did not at all in this office. From the moment you walk in you know that this office is one of the best in all Orlando. The staff are friendly and professional and very sincere. I have been Dr. Zikra's patient for 9 years and I know all of the staff by name. She is an excellent doctor and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I went to all of the endocrinologists in Orlando but none helped me as much as she did. She always takes her time with me and explains as well as answers all of my questions. The office manager is the sweetest lady and is willing to help no matter what. I am a brain cancer survivor who has been fighting many health issues as a result of my treatment. I called the office of Dr. Zikra because I needed refills to be sent to my mail order pharmacy. At first they told me that I needed to come in to pick up the scripts and mail them away. I explained to them that I was not able to drive there and they then said that I had to have my pharmacy fax them a list of scripts which needed refills. The pharmacy did that on a Friday.
