I am very impressed with Dr. Zikra. She has caught issues that another of my physicians didn't notice and it was a very serious one. Dealing with Medicare is painful for all and I have needed things done which she has always attended to quickly. I very much depend on her for assistance . Under her care my A1c has been the best ever (6.6) for this old type I.
Worth the 45 minute drive! I came from another office that gave you a run around for your money and it also included rude staff. That said, Dr. Zikras office was a completely different experience right out of the the gate. Dr. Zikra and her staff are extremely friendly, warm and caring towards the patients. Dr. Maha Zikra and her staff are considered on my personal point of view as a special group of professionals who always care and listen their patients at all times since I started back in 2004. I highly recommend Dr. Zikra without any reservations. If you are looking to work with a good Dr. to help you get to your goal in your sugar levels you got the right Dr. Zikra and her Staff is the one.
Dr. Zikra and her staff, to me, exemplify what the patient experience should be. Dr. Zikra (and staff) demonstrate an understanding that people are the heart and soul of a medical office. I love me some Dr. Zikra!! She is the only one that has ever gotten my A1C down at any level!! She is very professional and always on the ball with the care she provides!! Iv lose over 2o lbs due to her guidance. If your looking for a great doctor to manage you diabetes Dr. Maha Zikra and her staff is a great choice. They ALL make you feel special.
Dr. Zikra is Awesome. She is very knowledgeable and well caring person. I love the family atmosphere at the office and love her Office Manager. She helped my husband get off insulin and his sugar never been this good. She regulated my sugar too and helped me lose 20 lb. what else we can ask for. Love Dr. Maha.
When I first visited Dr. Zikra, I was in bad shape. She performed the correct tests and prescribed the correct medicine. I am feeling much better. I highly recommend her. She is kind and knows her medicine.
I been a patient of Dr. Zikra for about two years she is knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly she cares about the wellbeing of her patients. The office staff is wonderful and the wait time to see the doctor is very short. I recommend Dr. Zikra to all my friends.
The doctor is wonderful, unfortunately, her staff..in particular her front desk/office manager is extremely rude and curt. Since she is your first point of contact, it makes it difficult to have a smooth visit in the office...and if she is not happy, she makes sure no one is. Of course, she will take her personal issue out on the client and make you wait in the waiting room for an excessive amount of time before being allowed to pass to the inner realm.
