TERRIBLE WORKMANSHIP! Possibly the WORST roofing and home improvement company in Northeast Ohio. Let me start from the beginning. DiSilvestro replaced out roof in 2003. After having them out to fix part of our leaking roof in 2011, we were told the problem was debris in the gutters. This was NOT the problem. A month later I spoke with Linda (the secretary) about coming out to look at a section of our roof that was leaking into our living room (the same section they had been out the previous month to fix) and I was told by he... read more
This company did a fine job. The shingles look great a year after the roof was re-done. The crew did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I think we're in much better shape than we were with the previous company. I would recommend Di Seivestro highly.
doesn't stand behind their work A leak appeared through a vent in the roof after a big storm recently so we called DiSilvestro, the company who had replaced the roof five years before. From the start the owner was belligerent, argumentative and unresponsive. After a week without calling back to set up the appt we had Brad Smith Roofing come out. They were great, but said it was a small fix, an issue from when the roof was installed and to contact DiSilvestro because "every roofing company has a ten year warrantee"... Contact... read more
