I was very unhappy with my experience with Dialed In Repairs. While the quality of their work has been solid, their communication has been awful. We had them working on some deck repairs. Technician came on time and did wonderful job replacing bathroom faucets and drains in both bathrooms, also went for an extra mile and replaced stop valves! I really appreciate the work done quick and the explanation that made it easy. Also the invoice was very reasonable compared to the sky-high quotes from others. Great work DI Repairs! Thank you!

My experience with DI has been built up over several years. Sales orientated (quotes are over priced, with unnecessary charges, and an eagerness to get the most out of their clients rather than be fair). Weak operations and sporadic service (quality of work and client relations).
