Di Napoli's has been my "go to" pizza place for over 8 years but not any longer. This place did not deliver the correct order. When I called to tell them, Ricardo, the manager, said they will deduct $6 off of the bill. I told him that I wanted the tip deducted as well, he agreed. So I should have received a $10 deduct on a $40 order. When I checked with my bank he only credited my bill $5. Besides bad service and attitude, Ricardo does not tell the truth.
