This place made me feel right at home when I moved to town not knowing any one. I felt like I had an instant community because the staff are so welcoming and warm and the space so inviting. The classes offered at dhyana Center are affordable and transformational, Self Care is the best healing space I have found and the drinks rock my world! I encourage everyone to experience all dhyana Center has to offer!
I go once a month, twice a month if I can afford it.
Fantasic healing found here! A self care studio (steam bath, soaking tubs, infared sauna, dry sauna and my fave 'the Cold Plunge'), a retail store with lots of local stuff, a treatment center where you can get treatments like lymphatic massage and other traditional and cutting edge ayurvedic treatments, and an unmatched Education Center if you want to get 'wisked away' to the wonderment of Ayurvedic Medicine.
