I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift from you on March 9 (delivery was ordered for March 8, but it was postponed at the last moment), now March 11 and the bouquet is in terrible condition. very upset that this is the first bouquet that hasn’t lasted a week.
If I could give them -10 stars I would. They are the worst. My friend and I ordered flowers for a friend in San Diego. The flowers were never delivered on her bday but they delivered different flowers, no balloons, no card, THREE days LATER. I ordered flowers for my grandma through door dash I paid 80$ for a bunch of leaves and fake dollar store cranberries such a shame they used to be better than this
