There was a line, however the staff to help everyone in a timely manner. The building is simply beautiful.
Call time does suck it took over hour to get past the we are not taking any more calls to finally sittings hold for over hour. But they are busy dealing with alot. I get it. But once I got through to the person she was very polite and helpful and honestly quick. It's not the workers fault they have high call volume for the amount of workers they have. Honestly being on phone that long if you went in you probably be there just as long if not longer.

Don't bother calling. Absolute joke of a service.
