The office is ran so poorly their needs to be more employees at the front to help with the long line and a better break schedule for the employees in the back! waiting from 1130 to 2 for them to be done with breaks and assist with customers waiting in the freezing cold lobby! 6 of us sat for over an hr with no assistance until we all started complaining it’s very ridiculous
I arrived around 10:40 A.M but the line didn't seem bad and was moving fairly fast. By the time I made it to the front counter to speak to the lady and hopefully wait to be interviewed since that's the reason I was there because I already dropped off my paper the prior week, well to make a long story short. It wasn't even 11:30 a.m. yet and myself and Everyone else that was there behind me who needed to be interviewed was told that they would have to leave and come back tomorrow when they open at 8:30 A.M. as early as possib... read more
They need to shut this place down terrible customer service people work slow and take 1 person a hour I sat in that place from 6:30am to leaving with no help that I came for that was at 4:00pm it makes me so upset this not a place for the people when I’m crisis they don’t care
Waiting forever
I’m putting one star because you need to have a separate call thing just to change interview times!! I put in my application for the 30th. You guys just sent me a message today about the 10th which I cannot do. You guys sent me a link to just a help page that doesn’t even help change the interview. Do better. It’s like you guys don’t even wanna answer a phone or something. All I’m asking is to change the interview times.
