Absolutely terrible. Illinois really cares... So underfunded the automated call system hangs up on you. Call the state hotline and wait over an hour and 30 mins. Illinois state reps are absolutely horrible for letting this system get so bad.
They never answer the phone, they always put you on hold till they close or they tell you they have to many calls already and hang up on you!!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!
