Dr. Pateder performed spinal fusion on three discs in my upper back in September, 2017. He answered all of my questions and took the time to thoroughly explain my MRI results. He had a calming demeanor and was very professional, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great spinal surgeon. In fact, I need to have one more disc fused in the future and I wouldn't trust anyone else to perform my surgery.
Dr. Pateder is an excellent surgeon. He performed a L4-5 fusion (XLIF) on me last week. I have no sciatic pain at all now, and I feel as if I have a new leg with which to move forward. While I'm still recovering from the surgery, I am very pleased with the level of care I received and the success of the procedures. Thank you, Dr. Pateder, April, Lauren, and the rest of the staff.
I suffered from sciatica in both legs and tingling and numbness in both arms and legs for 20+ years,. I have seen many orthopedics and every one of them sucked my insurance dry through physical therapy and wanted opiods pain management. Dr. Pateder provided a real solution through two minimally invasive surgeries 3 weeks apart. For the first time in 20+ years i am pain free in my neck arms and legs. Sciatica is completely gone. Dr. Pateder is very professional, and he performed an excellent surgery on my cervical spine. I was able to return home just hours after the C4-C6 fusion he performed, and I had no complications. I was able to return to work and driving within a month. In addition, his office runs on time. Many doctor's offices do not respect their patients' time, but his office does, and I appreciate that as I have a busy schedule. Dr. Pateder knows what he's doing, and I love the fact he does what makes you comfortable unless he does think something more is medically necessary. All of my back surgeries have gone very well with him.

I was quite nervous when I found out that i had a spine issue and might need a surgery. I had no idea what to expect during or after the surgery. During my appointment, Dr. Pateder discussed the issue with me and my wife in detail, and walk through the surgical procedure in detail. The surgery went well and I am on the path of total recovery. He is very highly recommended.
Dr. Pateder is an amazing doctor. I am a young atheletic woman who was in pain from a herniated disc. I went to him for a second opinion when I felt my first doctor was not listening to me. Dr. Pateder and his team saw me immediately took me under their care. He listened to me and took in my age/activity level to come up with the best plan. Unfortunately it resulted in 2 surgeries, but I was happy they were with him and his team! I am back to riding horses again because of Dr. Pateder
