Showed up early for my appointment wasn’t told I would not be seen early after I asked an hour and a half later was told I got there early. The front office needs work. Not the first incident with the personnel that checks you in. Had stayed because of the doctor. After this transferring to another clinic.
Kept me waiting on the call for an hour. Why do you tell your patient to call your number if you’re not gonna pick the call? Isn’t this how you will treat me as your patient, if you don’t even care to pick my call
Appointment was at 11 I was out the door by 11:40!! 40 minutes to get registered, seen by the doctor and given my follow up appointment! This place is fast, efficient and everyone is so friendly. Thanks Monica and Alexa and my doctor Michael for making this a super quick visit. 😊
