Great physical therapist, great treatment and an all around great environment. They helped me after my knee surgery for my meniscus and got me back up and I want to say even better than before. They trained my lower body and not only helped me to get back to walking but made me even more flexible and mobile than before. The image below is me about 7 months out of surgery and recovery with zero pain and zero discomfort. Dr. Sander is awesome, i mean awesome. The work done was awesome. Had surgery on my right shoulder a little over 5 years go...took a while but its great now, doesn't even feel like I had the surgery. Held off on getting the left shoulder done until 2 months ago...I'm talking serious work done on both. Its taken me a little longer to heal (I'm 5 years older) but I can feel that its gonna be fine. My biggest regret was holding off for so long to get the other shoulder fixed. Highly recommend.
I was seen quickly in a timely manner. Dr. Mendez thoroughly examined my hip and bent my leg in all positions to see which caused pain in the joint. He then sent me for an X-ray and the results were quickly posted on his monitor. After explaining the film, pointing out abnormalities and areas that I need to be conscious about, he concluded that I was suffering from trochanteric bursitis, a condition I used to get years ago. The steroid injection r ordered for the bursa made a world of difference but he still wants to see me ... read more
