I want to say that the experience is so overwhelming and the staff was very compassionate and caring w the family going thru the worst moments of your life my case was my dad. I want to say you helped over and beyond the care and respect tords my family I highly recommend this facility to anyone in the RGV that is going through the process of losing your loved one. While my father's time was only one night, it was made so much easier having him at a hospice that truly cares about the patient and the family. At our most difficult time, we were supported, our care plan was followed, and he passed peacefully, without pain. A special thanks to nurse Chris, who explained every step, Dr Castillo who was always available to us, and P.A. Miguel, who was with us when he succumbed.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a rude interaction with the staff member at the front. Their behavior was unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression.

I have been waiting to long for hospice to come out. Customer service cannot be this slow when you are in need.

All the Staff was great. They allow you to be in control of the whole situation and they are always there ready to help even in Moral Support. Thank you all for helping us in our most difficult journey in our lifes.
