What a joke, Very frustrating experience with DHL Express. I had an international shipment that was already delayed due to added import/processing fees, and when I tried to make sure the package would not be left unattended, the process became unnecessarily difficult. My biggest issue is that I was not able to speak with a real human being when I needed help. I truly appreciated how quickly my DHL packages used to arrive, often ahead of schedule. However, lately, they've been delayed or put on hold, and I haven't received any updates despite waiting patiently. I hope you understand that I trusted you, but it seems something unexpected has happened. And we gave it our all,and we are sacrifices on this situation!
They carriers are so bad, I literally put all the details for address and lockbox to complete my auto loan pay off and they refused to deliver my documents to the lockbox and it cost me 530 because I have to do my monthly payment to my high interest loan. I know the interest is not their fault but I paid for a quality overnight service and I only got trash
Totally incompetent people. Send package from one state to another back and forth by mistake. These people take zero responsibility for all the mistakes they make. Shameless.
This has been, without question, the worst shipping experience I have ever had. I entrusted DHL Duty and tax area with the escalation of duty regarding delivery of a Burberry shirt—a Father’s Day gift from my family—that had been inadvertently left behind in a hotel room in Mexico.
