Fast and courteous service
I ordered package via shein and these people continue to not deliver my packages. Lies on the delivery date and never showing up.
My package was delivered today, and when delivery person called to the office then they asked him to collect package from me and ask him to bring that package to office and i have already unpacked things and i have to pack all the stuff again and give it back to him. And they inform me, they will mail me to fill some form but didnt got yet !!
Terrible service. My parcel has been with DHL service point for up to 3 business days, yet no tracking movement.
