They charge me for 4 days delivery, its been a week, and haven’t received my package
They've been sitting on my package for 10 days. I have spoken with customer service no less than 5 times and every time, they assure me that they will deliver the next day. The day comes and goes, and my item is still on hold. They will not put me through to a human being at the Ontario location. Avoid DHL at ALL costs.

The DHL DRIVER was not able to locate my address and it has been going on for 3 days and eventually I had to go to the office to pick up my stuff ! Very disappointed
